Agile Development Our agile team has been continuously contributing to the development of a mobile payment and point system application in Japan for over 3 years. The project is ongoing, and our work focuses on prepaid features, loyalty point functions, and continuous improvements for an app used by more than 40 million users. Agile Development We are supporting the redevelopment of a payment application designed for merchants in Japan. The existing native applications are being reimplemented in Flutter, providing cross-platform support and improving maintainability for future operations. The project emphasizes stability and efficiency in core payment functions such as transactions, refunds, and history management. Web Development + O&M We developed an online system that enables customers' contract termination requests for the email portability service to be processed securely and efficiently. The system allows authorized operators to search and reference contract information and related customer details, as well as execute different types of termination operations depending on business and regulatory needs. Web Development + O&M We developed an invoice management system consisting of two main web platforms: Employee Web and User Web. The Employee Web allows staff to securely search, view, download, and manage invoices, performing administrative operations efficiently. The User Web enables customers to search, view, and reference their own invoice information through a secure interface. The system ensures proper access control, operational efficiency, and accurate invoice data management for both staff and customers. We currently provide operations and maintenance (O&M) for this system. System Development We developed the DAC system, a centralized tool for monitoring and managing non-emergency alarms. The project aimed to simplify daily alarm checking, filtering, and updating processes. Development was carried out in two phases in 2023, using a Waterfall approach with Python, React, and FastAPI. Key Outcomes: ・Delivered authentication and secure access ・Implemented daily alarm list and update functions ・Enabled CSV download and incident ticket creation ・Developed flexible alarm management settings (filter, auto-status change, pairing)

Web Development We developed an electronic signature system enabling secure digital contract management. The platform allows companies to send contracts to customers via MessageCast for signing, while administrators manage users, contracts, and related data through a centralized system. Key Outcomes: ・Delivered a mobile user interface for signing contracts ・Built a corporate web portal for client contract management ・Developed an admin dashboard for corporate administrators ・Implemented a secure back-end system to support operations

System Development We upgraded the Safe & Security Keeping Manager (SSKM) front-end to strengthen corporate Android device management. The project focused on improving security, enhancing usability, and enabling multi-language support. Key Outcomes: ・Delivered a renewed front-end application with enhanced authentication ・Implemented device, application, and certificate management functions ・Added CSV batch processing and user management features ・Successfully delivered across 3 phases.

Mobile App Development - PoC Project We developed a proof-of-concept (PoC) mobile application focused on elderly healthcare. The PoC was initiated in collaboration with a Japanese company to support participation in a government project. The development followed an Agile Scrum approach with weekly sprints, leveraging Flutter for cross-platform implementation, and was successfully completed within five weeks. Key Outcomes: ・Implemented step counting for daily activity tracking ・Integrated QR code reader and point-earning features ・Added weather information and push notifications ・Delivered the PoC within the planned five-week timeline

System Development + O&M We developed a centralized SIM monitoring platform that is designed to process and manage large volumes of IoT SIM data efficiently. The system enables real-time monitoring, alert management, and operational control over SIM configurations. This system is designed to automate batch SIM data processing while also allowing manual operator control when needed. It leverages modern programming technologies (React, TypeScript, Python) and is deployable on cloud environments such as AWS. Our team now continues to provide Operation & Maintenance to ensure reliability and long-term support. Key Outcomes: ・The GUI (Frontend) is implemented as a web application for system operators. Allows operators to monitor SIMs, adjust settings, and manage accounts with ease. ・Secure API Services: Handles business logic and provides reliable data communication between the interface and database. ・Dedicated Database: Ensures secure and structured storage of SIM information. ・Automated List Creator: Collects and processes SIM data from external systems, performing aggregation, editing, and alert flagging.
